This is a user-driven database with entry, edit, delete and search capabilities. The AT Marketplace is designed to facilitate transactions between Louisianians, and is not for the procurement of equipment by vendors or distributors. If you are a vendor or distributor and wish to list returned or previous year’s items discounted at least half off the original price, please contact The AT Marketplace at 1-800-270-6185 or 225-925-9500, to discuss the possibility. LATAN does not profit from the sale of listed devices.

LATAN does not warrant the condition or terms of sale of any device offered for reutilization by an existing owner under The AT Marketplace. LATAN shall not be liable for any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses (including but not limited to settlements, judgments, court costs and reasonable attorney's fees) fines and penalties, arising out of any actual or alleged injury, loss, or damage of any nature whatsoever in connection with the sale/donation or acquisition/use of any device acquired or sold/donated under The AT Marketplace. It shall be the responsibility of the seller to provide accurate and detailed information about the device's specifications and condition to any buyer. The AT Marketplace hosted by functions solely as an information-sharing communication channel.

LATAN reserves the right to edit or refuse listings based on the item description and condition. Listings must be refreshed every 90 days. If the listing has not been updated, it is automatically removed. Contact information is coded for Program use only. If you list an item on The AT Marketplace, your first name and an automatically generated ItemID number will also appear in the newsletter/printable version of The AT Marketplace. By accepting these terms, you agree to hold harmless Louisiana Assistive Technology Access Network should you experience a problem with any transaction arising from The AT Marketplace.
