On May 2, 2006, the Pennsylvania's AT Act Program, PIAT, housed
within the Institute on Disabilities at Temple University in Philadelphia
sent a second 18-wheeler truck filled with donations of durable
medical equipment for survivors of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
