On May 2, 2006, the Pennsylvania's AT Act Program, PIAT, housed within the Institute on Disabilities at Temple University in Philadelphia sent a second 18-wheeler truck filled with donations of durable medical equipment for survivors of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.


Assistive Technology Fund
The Association of Blind Citizens operates the Assistive Technology Fund. The Assistive Technology Fund (ATF) will provide funds to cover 50% of the retail price of adaptive devices or software. Find out more...
