Web pages on latan.org include 4 different areas:
- A header bar that includes the main navigation and links to a high contrast version of the site as well as font resize options. The font resizer sets a cookie on the client computer which expires after 365 days.
- A side bar with contextual sub-navigation,
- A main content area,
- A side bar (on selected pages) with additional information, such as events,
- A footer with supplemental links and contact information.
When CSS (Cascading Styles Sheet) are not applied to a document (or when using a screen reader), the 5 areas are read in the above order.
