The 3rd Annual BIALA Conference is March 25 and 26, 2010 in Covington, Louisiana at the Greater Covington Center. You may register on-line by using the application below and making your registration payment through Pay Pal. (BIALA members receive FREE registration. Please note that Membership fees must be paid annually. You must go to the Membership Form page to complete a Membership Form and Pay that annual fee. If you are a professional BIALA member needing CEUs from our conference, the fee is $90.) Or you may register by printing the Registration Form and schedule found at the bottom of the page under "Attachments." This Registration Form, along with your registration fee should be mailed in. Please keep the schedule for your records. Next is our "Annual Membership Form." You will also find a "Request for Financial Assistance" form. If you need some assistance in attending the conference, we do have a limited number of scholarships available. Please submit this form with your registration form by mail. The final form available under "Attachments" is our Exhibitor Form for the Conference. You may pay this fee online and submit your form by mail.
