Brain Injury Association of Louisiana (BIALA) is excited to have added the Ms. Wheelchair Louisiana Competition as a new program. The mission of the Ms. Wheelchair Louisiana Program is to provide an opportunity for women of achievement, who utilize wheelchairs to successfully educate and advocate for individuals with disabilities.
